Patient Concierge Services was incredible! I returned 3 weeks ago from Bali and can highly recommend PCS! They were amazing! Karen was so knowledgeable, guided me, weekly VODS prior to my arrival, super helpful, and most of all kind. Asmira was my concierge and words can not do justice for this beautiful, gentle, kind and patient lady. Asmira was there for everything, she held my hand, cried with me, laughed with me. PCS are a fantastic team, I could not fault the service, it was actually above and beyond my expectations. I’m booked to go again with them!
