Our caregivers are highly trained to efficiently handle a variety of daily tasks and aid in numerous areas. However, it is important to note that they are not nurses, but are first aid trained by BIMC Hospital, as well as received in depth training on wound care. While they can offer support in non-medical matters, they are not qualified to provide medical advice or diagnosis.
We prioritise the well-being of our patients and, if necessary, are equipped to promptly connect you with medical professionals if needed.
Patient Concierge Services is an Indonesian Registered Business under : PT. PCS BALI GLOBAL
Payment Policy: A 20% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder due one week before surgery. If you cancel or change your mind, 50% of the total payment will be refunded, provided at least 4 weeks’ notice is given, except when the cancellation is due to health risks identified by the doctor.
